Wyldecrest Events is a leading provider of premium event tickets and VIP packages for some of the world’s most exciting sporting events and concerts. From iconic Formula 1 Grand Prix races, Premier League football matches to headline music concerts & festivals, we offer unforgettable experiences for our clients.
As part of our growing telesales team, you’ll be selling high-demand VIP packages and tickets to major events, working with a product that people love and crave!
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will:
- Sell VIP packages and event tickets for world-class sporting events and concerts.
- Engage with cold and warm leads and outbound prospects to maximize sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored event solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive buying experience.
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous telesales or phone-based sales experience is a must, enthusiasm and willingness to learn is essential.
- A confident and persuasive communicator with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented, with a desire to succeed.
- Passion for live entertainment, sports, and events is a huge advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy work environment.
Experience:
- Telesales: 2 years (required)
- B2B: 2 years (required)
